Prices and payment

Each item is stated with price including VAT. At the checkout you can see the total price including VAT, shipping and payment - We offer our customers payment through the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. For orders with delivery address outside Berlin, any customs costs and taxes are paid by you. On order with delivery address outside the EU are not charged German VAT.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you received the item. You have of course the right to open the package to take a closer look at the product. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition. Always contact us at contact@alinaholtmann.com before you return an item, and you will receive information about the return address. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return cost. Refund of the order amount or cancellation of issued invoice shall be made by AH Shop within 14 days from the date on which the returned item is received.

Exception

The customer has purchased a limited Print that is numbered. If the Customer has purchased a Custom Product or a Product with a significant custom, such as a Limited Print, the Customer is not eligible for the AH Shop of Withdrawal. A Product developed in accordance with the Customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under the Distance Selling Act (Fernabsatzgesetz).

Guarantees

If there is a visible damage that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product can be complained about. In such cases, email contact@alinaholtmann.com. If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be reimbursed for shipping costs and will be sent a new similar product where AH Shop is responsible for shipping.

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. Gift card

Gift cards sold with us are valid for one (1) year from payment and can be purchased at the AH Shop. When the validity period has passed, it is not possible to pay with the gift card or reactivate the card. The remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable. The gift card is a valuable document that must be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for money. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.

Uncollected packages

Most shipments are with your postal agent for 14 days. Shipments that are not picked up on time are sent back to the sender. Uncollected goods are returned to us. The consumer bears the return cost when you return the item. AH Shop always pay the return cost for sending back a complained product.

HolAgrafik reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. If a sale item has expired, the AH Shop has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance. AH Shop reserves the right to make typographical errors in texts on this website. AH Shop also does not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products.
