Legal stuff

AH Shop ships to almost all countries worldwide. If you are located somewhere we do not ship to, you are welcome to contact us and we will see if we can find a solution for you.

AH Shop cannot guarantee how long a shipment takes to arrive and is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping times and prices

We work with 30+ shipping providers around the world. The shipping provider used depends on several factors including the country of production, the country of delivery, the shipping method selected, and more. You can always see the available shipping methods and providers when you place an order.


Standard shipping: estimated delivery in 3-8 business days


Standard shipping: estimated delivery in 3-4 business days

Express shipping: estimated delivery in 2-3 business days

Rest of the world

Standard shipping: estimated delivery in 4-22 business days

Express shipping: estimated delivery in 3-4 business days

Taxes and Import Fees

Buyers from Non-EU countries do not pay tax at checkout. Instead you’ll need to pay local taxes and import fees when the shipment arrives at the destination country. The amount payable depends on the value of the items and local import rules.

Buyers from the UK do not pay tax on orders over €156, in accordance with new tax regulation introduced on 1 January 2021. Orders under the value of €156 include tax and will not incur additional import fees.

Limited Edition fine art prints are taxed at 5% worldwide. If you are buying them within the EU, you pay the tax on checkout. For Non-EU countries including the UK you do not pay tax at checkout. Instead you’ll need to pay the tax along with any import fees when the shipment arrives in the destination country.

It's important to be aware that customs duties and taxes may be imposed by your country's customs clearance, which may cause some delays. Any fees or rates charged by customs are the responsibility of the customer, and HolAgrafik (Alina Holtmann) is not accountable for paying them.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order is delayed or lost, please note that a parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days for orders inside Europe and 21 business days for international orders. Although orders usually take less time to arrive, we cannot dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.

Incorrect or incomplete address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please note that you will be responsible for all delivery costs associated with redelivery to a corrected address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses at checkout may result in the loss of your order, for which we cannot be held accountable.
