At HolAgrafik, we take the responsibility of processing your personal information seriously and aim to ensure that you feel secure when sharing your information with us as a customer. To fulfill our commitment to you as a customer, we may need to collect certain personal information from you. Rest assured that HolAgrafik does not disclose your personal data to any third party unless it is necessary for the purposes mentioned below.

What kind of information is stored

At HolAgrafik, we collect different types of personal information based on the services you use. When you shop with us, we may collect your name, address, email address, order history, phone number, IP address, and payment information. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we only collect your email address. When you use our consultation service, we collect only the information you provide in the form, including your email address for us to contact you, and we remove this information as soon as we complete the case. If you apply to become a creator with us, we collect the information you choose to fill in the form. Finally, when you visit our site, we use cookies and collect some information. We do not disclose this information, except in the following cases:

To fulfill our agreement and deliver your order, we may need to share certain information with our shipping company, including your first and last name, address, mobile number, and email address. Your phone number or email address may also be used to send you an AVI notification. When you make a purchase, we share information with our payment provider, which includes your first and last name, address, email address, and phone number. This information is stored to complete the purchase and protect against fraud. Our payment providers include Mondido, Teller, and Swish, and you can learn more about their policies on their respective websites.

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we only collect your email address to send you information, news, and promotional campaigns. We do not share this information with any third party other than our mailing supplier, and you can request to be removed from our mailing list and have your information deleted at any time. Our mailing supplier is Mailchimp.

When printing your order and packaging, our printing company will receive your address information. Our IT partners, including our web developer, email client via Gmail, and digital platform supplier Shopify, also have access to your information to support our business operations.

If you require consultation services, we only save the information that you provide, and we delete it once we have completed the case. If you apply to become a creator at HolAgrafik, we save the information you choose to fill in for a maximum of 2 years, and we never share it with third parties.

To make our website more relevant, we may share your personal information with marketing services such as Google and Facebook.

How long is my information kept for?

For orders, we save your personal information for ten years in accordance with accounting laws. After this period, your information will be deleted. If you register for our newsletter, we will save your email address until you unsubscribe. If you use our consultation service, we will delete your information as soon as the case is closed. If you apply to become a creator at HolAgrafik, we will save your information for a maximum of two years. For marketing purposes, we save your information for as long as necessary to deliver relevant ads to you, or until you request to be removed from our marketing list.

Rights

You have the right to request any information we have about you, and you may also ask us to correct any inaccurate information or to provide additional information if what we have is insufficient. Additionally, you have the right to be forgotten, meaning you can request that we delete any information related to you at any time. However, there may be some exceptions to this right, such as when we are required by law to retain the information, for example under the Accounting Act.
